We are launching a high-priority experimental project to build a new Order Management System (OMS) using a revolutionary AI-based coding ideology. We are looking for a Senior Agentic Software Engineer who acts as a true “Product-Builder” and drives development through AI-orchestrated workflows.

In this role, you will leverage agentic coding tools (primarily Cursor) to transform product vision into a functional Laravel or Slim system at extreme speed. While you focus on product logic and architectural intent, you will be supported by a professional team of Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Code Reviewers who ensure enterprise-grade quality, scalability, and security.

• Strong conceptual knowledge of PHP and the Laravel/Slim frameworks
• Deep understanding of Laravel architecture (Service Providers, Eloquent, Middleware, etc.)
• Experience designing database schemas and API flows
• Proven ability to work with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor or similar)
• Strong product mindset with the ability to translate business logic into technical implementation
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with architects, QA, and DevOps
• Ability to review and validate generated code before formal QA cycles
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and readiness for experimental, fast-paced environments

• Act as the primary driver of the OMS using AI-assisted development workflows
• Translate product requirements into structured prompts and agentic coding tasks
• Rapidly iterate on the Laravel or Slim codebase using Cursor’s agentic capabilities
• Design system blueprints, including database schemas and API structures
• Perform initial sanity checks on AI-generated output
• Collaborate with architects, QA, and DevOps to ensure production readiness
• Maintain clear technical documentation using AI-assisted tools
• Help define and refine the company’s AI-based coding methodology
