We are seeking an experienced Full Stack (React & Node.js) Developer to join a long-term project focused on building and evolving a modern enterprise compliance platform. This product is used for internal audits, risk assessment, and operational governance.

This is an AI-first engineering role, where development is expected to be significantly accelerated through the active use of AI-assisted tools (such as Claude Code or similar). You will not only build features across the stack, but also leverage AI to streamline implementation, debugging, and iteration cycles.

The role involves implementing new features, enhancing existing systems, and contributing to a high-impact solution with deep AI integration components (including RAG and vector-based workflows).

We are specifically looking for an engineer who treats AI as a core part of their development workflow — using it to move faster without compromising code quality, system design, or maintainability.

This position requires strong full-stack expertise, a high level of ownership, and the ability to quickly onboard into an existing ecosystem, including legacy components.

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js) working on complex, production-grade applications
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (deployments, infrastructure, debugging, client-side environments)
• Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code or similar) as a core part of daily workflow
• Ability to effectively leverage AI to accelerate development, debugging, and delivery without compromising code quality
• Deep understanding of modern React (Hooks, Context API, performance optimization)
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript
• Solid backend experience with Node.js (3+ years) and frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS
• Experience designing and building scalable APIs (REST, GraphQL is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0)
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or Firestore
• Familiarity with ORM/ODM tools (Prisma, Sequelize, Mongoose)
• Experience working with state management tools (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, MobX)
• Ability to quickly understand and work within existing and legacy codebases

• Design, develop, and deliver features across the full stack (React → Node.js) using an AI-first development approach
• Actively leverage AI tools to accelerate implementation, debugging, refactoring, and iteration cycles
• Quickly onboard into the existing architecture, including legacy components and complex dependencies
• Support and maintain Azure-based environments, including deployments, debugging, and issue resolution on client side
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Prevent regressions and ensure stability across integrations and releases
• Provide clear, structured, and realistic estimates based on AI-accelerated workflows
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams
